RingCentral Duo Named to 2014 Women of the Channel List

It might sound like cliche, but today’s women of substance have proved that just like their male counterparts, they too can play a decisive role in the growth and evolution of the tech industry.

CRN Magazine, a publication covering IT sales channels, is committed to raising the visibility of the contributions of women pros engaged in channel sales, and recognizing the far-reaching influence of these executives who are defining today’s channel and helping to shape its future.

CRN Magazine’s Women of the Channel List recognizes top female players for their exceptional accomplishments in the IT reseller industry. The Power 100 list further identifies an elite subset of women achievers from among the previous list on the basis of rank, influence, channel-savvy, and exceptional achievements.

RingCentral’s (News - Alert) Bonnie Lam and Lisa Del Real have made it to this year’s Women of the Channel List, and the duo has also been included in this year’s Power 100 list. Lam, Regional VP of North America Channel Sales, and Del Real, Senior Manager of Channel Operations, were recognized for the positive contributions they made toward the advancement of the IT Reseller industry. Both of them demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in vendor distribution and solution provider organizations.

RingCentral’s cloud-based business communications solutions are designed to meet the needs of today’s distributed and mobile workforces. The cloud based solutions make a simpler and cost effective alternative to traditional, premise-based, hardware and software systems. According to the company, both the awardees have made key contributions in the expansion of RingCentral’s Channel Partners Program.

Lam has been handling RingCentral’s Channel Program since its debut in 2010. The company’s indirect sales channel was branched out into multiple partner channels under the stewardship of Lam.

Del Real was reportedly the brain behind the RingCentral Partner Portal and Certification Program. This eventually facilitated the building of a world-class sales support organization for RingCentral resellers.
